We apologise if you cannot find the item you are looking for. The shortages in the supply chain have extended to the wholesale market as well. We are making twice as many trips to the wholesalers as before to keep up with demand, but supply is limited. We are told that the shortages should ease by the end of April. In the meantime please bear with us.
We have changed our opening hours to allow us more time to restock. we shall now be closing an hour earlier than normal, at 6pm during the week. the weekend trading hours remain the same.
We have introduced a policy of 5 people in the store at one time. Please try to keep your distance from other shoppers and observe the two metre rule where possible.
Please also bear in mind that our staff are here to help you, but we are all concerned for their welfare too. Please do not stay longer than you have to or lean across the counter.
Please use conactless payment where possible instead of cash. The limit has now been raised to 45 pounds, which should cover most transactions.
We are monitoring the position carefully. Should the threat increase we may need to take further measures to protect you. However we are committed to delivering your essential items throughout this public health crisis.
